The Circulation of the Body of Light
is used by a magician to move divine
power and energy through the physical
and astral body which occupy the same
space on the Material Plane.  By use
of ritualized breathing (similar to Eastern
Mystical techniques) in specific numbers
of repetition, a force of light flows and
orbits the body in order to expand the
radius of power used by the magician.
The Body of Light traditionally is
circulated from left of the head to around
the feet and back again at the right side
of the head.  Some mystics variate this
by also circulating the Body of Light from
front to back in a verticle circular pattern.
